NavBot wants to install .NET 2.0 Framework in German #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run setup.exe
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to install since I have .NET 2.0 Framework already installed. 
Instead, I see a prompt to accept the Microsoft EULA for the German
language version.  I can't read German, so how can I be expected to agree
to it?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Whatever version is downloadable on 3 September 2009.

Please provide any additional information below.
Control panel add/remove programs shows my .NET 2.0 installation uses 88
MB.  Why do I need the DEU language pack version that uses an additional
110 MB?

Can we get a version built against US and/or UK English, please?
