added Qwen-VL-Plus, Ferret, Yi-VL-34B #5

I took the liberty of adding Yi-VL-34B as well.

Please feel free to make any modifications. One thing that occurred to me that many models have multiple versions: different sizes and/or trained more. For instance, Qwen also has a Qwen-VL-Max, which according to the authors is better than their Plus model. Also, a smaller Yi exist: Yi-VL-6B.

I don't know what is the best way to add these.

Hi @fnauman 👋🏻 Thanks so much for your interest in my humble repository! I have not had the opportunity to test the Yi-VL-6B until now — a great opportunity to take a peek. How about a short general "description" section? Where we could add any information.
