[Feature] Allow Cpanel import from URL #21

At the moment v-import-cpanel allows to import from local file, it will be better if it can allow import from a url

Hi

There is no difference

If script import from url, script need download a file with curl, so you can download and then import, but you will spend same time. We can add api to download direct from cpanel ftp, but may in future versions
