WQ Emissary quests do not clear from the tracker when completed

Describe the bug WQ Emissary quests do not clear automatically. You need to do a /reload for them to clear off the tracker.

Do you have an error log of what happened? None

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Find emissary for the day
• Do WQ's for emissary
• Turn in Emissary
• Quest tracker doesn't update

Expected behavior

• Expect completed quests to clear

What is the version of EskaTracker you use ? 1.1.9-release

What are the versions of PLoop and Scorpio you use ? (You can known that in opening the EskaTracker options)

• PLoop: 2.42
• Scorpio: 2.7
