Travis integration #4

Setup Travis automated testing according https://github.com/ugexe/P6TCI

I am not sure why the pull requests contains the previous changes to t/00_use_meta.t again. I must be doing something wrong with git I guess.

This is not working yet. I am not sure if the .travis.yml file in https://github.com/ugexe/P6TCI is really correct. I am going to test it with my fork first and will submit a pull request once working.
