drawing slash hitboxes #12

some problems here still:

  1. dash hitbox is wrong; i think it always draws the "dashing northward" hitbox?
  2. the sprite-watching stuff is commented out because there's no way to control how busy the info on screen is than un- and re-commenting lua code :\

but slash hitboxes draw correctly so that's something
