Update the icon images #56

The wiki has been updated and the flat icons have been replaced with textured ones. Update the token icons to match, for future-proofing for new characers

Maybe hold off on this for the moment, since I can still get the flat images from the script tool?

I reached out to TPI and they said that they won't give permission to use the updated icons since they're for official apps only.
