Add reminder to the Cannibal on the Night Order (fix #74) #75

Fixes Issue #74

The storytellers should have a reminder when the cannibal is in the script. I also added the necessary translations for all language json files.

Hi @Toli97 Although the code that you've given me will work, the problem is that I'll get an updated night-order list from the official script tool whenever a new character is released, so the Cannibal will work for a while before disappearing. We'll have no end of regression issues with the Cannibal because I'll forever forget to add the Cannibal back in.
