Feature description

Create an example for Redash (terraform and hcl (with dynamical variables))

Redash needs:

Redis (terraform-nomad-redis)
Postgres (terraform-nomad-postgres)

Definition of done

When you are able to run make up(= vagrant box + nomad jobs (redash, redis, postgres))
