The co-citations part does use some background knowledge on the English language to better split sentences, but otherwise it should work for any language! At most, it will make very small mistakes, but nothing big on the user end :)

@Quorafind what has your experience been so far? Have you noticed any bugs with Chinese (or other non-EN) characters?

@SkepticMystic I found it works for connectness rather than content itself! So now it works well for me now. I will close this sooner.
