Update boost to 1.74 #31

Since boost 1.69 the system lib is header only, so we don't need the binaries for it in the repo.

I also muted the warnings coming from boost headers.

Yea, it worked like a charm on macOS. Will give it a spin on Windows as well, but don't expect much trouble.
