This adds an "Return to top" of page up-arrow link to each method signature. See blue circle in image. This is mainly to compensate for the lack of a working back-button.

Nice, I like that. Been meaning to file that Back-issue in the main YARD repo to see if it's a known issue.

Not sure if I manage to merge these PRs this week - on vacation the whole week and lots of family events.
