Dependencies are permanent #602

Closed LilMpesa closed 1 year ago

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

Why just lie to us that java command blocks will remove the unused libraries and yet when i run a full compile with App Compat enabled the apk size is 4Mibs. When fully removed classes the apk just retains its size to 4Mibs. The source code indicates the codes are removed but on a full run using apk decompiler I found the removed dependencies still inact.

Maybe you work hard but I don't appreciate the way you handle this issue with lying.

^The app just contains nothing => {4Mibs} 😂

PranavPurwar commented 1 year ago

You need to disable appcompat manually. We never said that command blocks will replace unused libraries. Not a bug, can be closed now.

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

Then how❔

JavkhlanK commented 1 year ago

You can't, except by disabling them in Library Manager.

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

I just need to remove the unused libraries 😅that won't help. Appcompat alone acounts to nearly 1mib when compiled why then let me use recycler view and other dependencies

JavkhlanK commented 1 year ago

In that case, you can't, at least for now.

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

Do you know how to use Aide with Sketchware ❔

JavkhlanK commented 1 year ago

Keep comments relevant to the issue, please.

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

Give me your contact details then....

JavkhlanK commented 1 year ago

i'll just answer your question directly: You can't.

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

😂...now I won't even get assisted with questions out of sketchware

JavkhlanK commented 1 year ago

This isn't a general purpose forum for Sketchware-related questions. This is an issue tracker of Sketchware Pro.

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

Dependencies still is an issue Maybe it will need to stay open📌

JavkhlanK commented 1 year ago

Sure. Never mentioned closing this though.

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

Update me when you get this through....Thanks for the automatic support💪

Can you be useful instead of talking nonsense? I don't think one Mb has any effect on your program. I think your intention is to annoy. If you have this intention, you should just shut up. You are very upset. You can uninstall this program and get lost. Do you understand?

Arashvscode commented 1 year ago

See these issues, if it causes a disturbance, boycott it

@Arashvscode

I don't think you get me enough😂 Why rush your mouth on an unseen feature we always ignore

I'm talking of 4Mibs on an empty project with nothing other than appcompat enabled Does it make sense ❔

Only Android X classes are 5 MB, you have to live with it

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

Now you understood me😂... so is there a way to remove the unwanted dependencies❔

PranavPurwar commented 1 year ago

Just disable appcompat if you don't want it. That's the only way to remove those "unwanted" dependencies

Insight-deviler commented 1 year ago

@LilMpesa the solution to your problem is simple, just use sk pro source code to compile a new sk pro with codes which exclude unwanted dependencies or use Android Studio or just quit sketchware ✌️

LilMpesa commented 1 year ago

Ok, your answers are final😂 it was a pleasure discussing with you 📌
