[Suggestion] Configurably only checking mods upon joining server #186

Motivation

Automodpack checking slows down launch time Suggestion is for a config to only checking the modpack upon joining the server (then download + require relaunch) Thoughts?

Wouldn't it overall result in much longer wait time? You would need to launch, join server, wait to check for update, download update, restart whole game again, join server. Otherwise just launch, check for update, download update and join server (yes working on automodpack v4 where restart there is not needed)

Restart no longer being needed on v4 sounds like a great solution!

Wow I just tested it and it worked perfectly. Wouldn't it be okay to release it?

Well, it only works on fabric at the moment so no + i have yet a few plans for this release to implement. And bugs to fix ;)
