Ok.. could you try the original (modrinth/curseforge) build with 0.15.7?
I just checked. Server is 0.15.6
Client is original Modrinth build. I might try updating fabric loader on server.

Bug description
Updated Automodpack on both server and client from 3.5.2 to 4.0.0-beta1 (Fabric 1.20.1).
When trying to connect to server, client is stuck in "Negotiating..." for 30 seconds (default Minecraft timeout) before getting disconnected with:
No relevant client-side logs are being written.

Happens when server is local, outside connections not tested yet.
I have my suspicions on one of the mods that mess with networking stack like NoChatReports or Krypton. Will continue further tests and investigations.
