AC-01 Add a new button to AXERP UI on GasTransaction page: delete

AC-02 Delete button clickable when minimum one gatransactino row selected on the grid.

AC-03 After click on then start the delete Azure function

AC-04 Display the summarized result of the delete azure function in toast message
