Added new make.clucifer scripting file for compiling C/C++ code (0.8.0)

FD/FileDirective - Tells the interpreter what file you are specifying for make instructions L/Link - Tells the compiler to include this file too if specified FD file is compiled as main file. Made the C test more testing IG

Added MakeCL file to help build C and C++ files. Version 0.8.1r3
