Does the "deployment" need updating too? I believe its just the dockerfile in LinuxBuild needs to reference the ACR instead?

@nbowes24 not for this PR, I'm just updating the Base image. Once that's published a latest image I'll update the pipeline and associated artifacts for the Build image
