Lich's Ice Armour #7

Lich's Ice armor does not give the armor it says it gives with the -ai command.

Note: Playing on 3x custom spell power, random OMG, and lucky items. Night stalker was my hero and my other abilities were: Degen Aura (Omniknight), Earth-spike (Lion), and Gods-Strength (Sven).
