The rent situation #21

Need to figure out the rent situation. It is part of normal bills, but will continue into retirement, but stop at some point (probably). Same with a car I suppose. Could just put that as part of the savings disclaimer? Or take it out of base bills whence it's over?

For now, just going to leave a note in Savings and Payments indicating where to put rent and car payments.
