This could be for true payments (negative cash flows) but more so with the thought of pensions. I imagine not all of those are inflation-adjusted so you'd want to be able to account for that. Or rather, I don't think payments currently are inflation adjusted, so instead, add toggle to inflation (i.e. social security).
