Add way to re-use old fields #3

Do this to pre-empt an issue where we allow a user to see all of their scenarios, pick one and it will show their results.

I have a dashboard currently, but it looks like shit. Also, it doesn't actually serve to edit old scenarios, but creates new ones. Need to fix that. Need to make it look better too, but I'll probably throw that out on another issue.
