Manhwax dead #565

Evening, noticed that hiperdex and manwhax stopped working, endlessly loading or states that it failed to load chapter.

Hiperdex is just the cloudflare bypass isn't working properly and for ManhwaX website is unavailable/dead

make separate issues for separate source issues -- manhwax should be removed if it's dead, and hiperdex needs to be updated to use a different user agent in order to bypass cloudflare

realized #445 exists, we can convert this back to a manhwax issue

They change domain name from https://manhwax.com to https://manhwax.org
