Asura Scans re-wrote their site using Next.js, so this is a re-write of the extension.

Asura Scans is no longer multi-lang, it is now just English.
As such, the id has changed to from multi.asurascans to en.asurascans and version number has been reset
All library entries will have to be migrated from old asura to new asura since id's have also changed
Changes:
Removed mangastream version of asurascans
Added new asurascans source
