Add Polish language support #49

Just like in the title, add Polish translations - I am more than willing to fulfil that task, albeit without doing an in-depth inspection of the repository I must ask: is adding a PL.yml file in the skoice/src/main/resources/lang/ enough to achieve said goal? If so, I'll come up with a pull request as soon as that's confirmed.

Never mind, I've noticed there has already been work done towards this goal on the dev branch.
