Should be somewhat simple to do. Initially should be fine to just pause when a patrol is spotted

This may be spun off into a companion mod....something like SkUber/SkooBer (portmanteau of skoobydoo and uber) which adds a hotkey and a dialog to do overworld navigation autonomously, and expose a backend api to trigger it so SkooBot can utilize it.
