Monitor shops for items worth buying #22

As a followup to https://github.com/vitaminc4/SkooBot/issues/14 - Item Management, it would be nice to have the bot monitor shops you visit and flag/remember items that are worth purchasing compared to current gear. Possibly even remind you to go back and buy the items when you can afford them, or forget about them if you get something better.

Possibly a companion mod thing? Some sort of wishlist configuration tool might be useful
