pathing out of the ranging guild #33

First of all, thanks for the plugin. I use it every day to find the way in Gielinor.

When I was doing some clue scrolls, I needed to route from inside of the ranging guild to the ice mountain but it could not find a way.

shortest path version: 1.9.3 runelite: 1.9.13.3 osrs: rev 212

Ps. If you ever need a helping hand with the coding, then you can light the beacons. My Java skills are not the best, but if you have a plan, then I can, for example, implement teleports or balloons or spirit trees.

I am unable to reproduce this incorrect pathfinding anymore, so this was hopefully fixed in version 1.10 which is now live in the client.
