Suggestion: Add ability to ignore charter ships #35

The ability to use or ignore boats is great, but I would like to be able to have the paths consider using regular boats while ignoring the significantly overpriced charter ships.

Looks like this is already in the works according to #28, closing as duplicate.

This was added in version 1.10 and is live in the client. In the config you will now find the option Use charter ships that allows you to turn them on or off.
