Add setting to avoid using Shantay Pass, Al Kharid → Kharidian Desert #71

Just wanted to start off by thanking you for your continued hard work on this plugin. Some of the features I've requested previously have made it in, and I'm always pleased to see new features & improvements being added when an update is released. I've found that my game knowledge of the different ways to get around the world fast has been vastly improved since using this plugin, so thank you!

Could we possibly have an option to avoid the use of the Shantay Pass in the paid form (Al Kharid → Kharidian Desert)? The plugin often routes me through there as the BIQ Fairy Ring is just inside and the Lumbridge Swamp agility shortcut is also just North-West of that.

Could you show an example of a path you don't want and maybe draw roughly what you want instead? Is it that you do not want to pay the 5 gp for the shantay pass? Or is it that you do not want to go into the desert at all? If it is the former I am planning to add an option to specify a money threshold to e.g. only use free or cheap transports.

Yeah it's this one, so if I'm in slumdog territory on my ironman I can avoid any paid passage.
