Book of the dead/Kharedst's Memoirs and Xeric's Talisman not preferred when in inventory #81

Currently running around Kourend, navigating to a location where it is only ~20 tiles from a Book of the Dead/Kharedst's Memoirs, but it is only suggesting Rada's Blessing when Book of the Dead is a lot closer.

With Rada's blessing removed, while still having Book of the Dead and Xeric's talisman, it falls back to suggesting fairy rings
