Decoration

Added mob heads/skulls with floor rotations and wall directionals Added banners with floor rotations, wall directionals, and plain colors

Global Variations

Updated various directionals and orientations Added opposite colored for 1.12.2 and older (some colored items had black as 0 and white as 15)
