1.14 fixes #43

I was able to get a working version of Skript 2.3.6 for 1.14, so I was able to test the aliases

Some fixes:

Some dyes needed to be moved around due to the "all dyes" alias
Some aliases were missing an =
Fixed the sign aliases for all signs
Moved a few things around to make sure they were loading correctly
Fixed the stairs issue missing {stairs} and {stairs shape}

I trust that you tested that the part which I pointed out (the two versions in one section) is working properly, and otherwise this looks good. Thanks for the fixes!

You're welcome. And yes, I tested on both 1.13.2 as well as 1.14-pre5 and everything seems to work swimmingly
