After going through the code, I'd just want to give some advice.

First of all, the code is very inefficient and there are certain parts which can certainly be done much better.

For example:

• Throughout the whole skript, there are countless parts where code has been repeated countless times, for example in commands. Instead of repeating the code 10 times for a single change in a message, use loops.
• Your variables are very inefficient, for example, saving something to {channel.%loop-player%} - it really triggers me seeing variables done like this, and it's just pointless as using a list variable is easily more efficient and has much more pros than doing it this way.
• Your skript has major flaws; In the punishment section, you're saving variable data as a player's name, meaning they can be banned, change their username and come back with no punishments. Instead, use a player's uuid or even ip.

Alright, BTW this was one of my bad skripts. I do agree on everything you said. This was built for features, rather than efficiency, and I think that was bad on my part. I'll come back with a better skript here.
