By the way, Kikaha is a Maori word that means something like 'be free like a bird'... It also names a web framework based on undertow.io we have worked in too.
I'm a big fan of JVM languages, once JVM is a quite fast runtime environment. Kotlin seems to have a quite fun syntax... It somewhat reminds me Python, but statically typed, which is awesome IMHO... That was the reason I did this 'kikaha-kotlin' project... To show it is possible to have a fast runtime environment (JVM+Kikaha) and a funny development environment (Kotlin+maven).
Is any chance to change the 'kikaha' name? If you plan to be worldwide, you probably will be curious to know that this word with a slight changing (namely 'kakaha') means "piece of shit" in russian-speaking countries (Russia, Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine etc)
