Godot 4.x not functional on XP 64 #219

OS: Windows XP x64 Hardware: Xeon E3-1275 V2, Intel DH67BL, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980

Hello, I am trying to get Godot 4.x (specifically 4.2 here) working on XP and when i try to start the app it fails to load. Godot screen will appear for a short time and then it will crash.

For the record Godot 3.x seems to launch with only WASAPI and Write errors (failing to save) but will launch into the editor

I am fairly certain this commit here causes the 2 errors at top https://github.com/godotengine/godot/commit/ee7b67e13538bf67a1613650986d4520281808df
