VLC media player version 4 problem #251

i'm use VS2022 DLL let VLC 4 working here:https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1030009770385625108/1194936700691034152/VC_DLL.7z dll files put to %windir%/system32 Windows XP Professional-2024-01-11-16-29-36 can play music,but can't play video maybe is WineD3D broke d3d9
