Error running Spotify with One Core API on Windows XP 64x #272

Hello,

I am trying to run Spotify on my Windows XP 64x OS using One Core API binary canary. During the process, I encounter an error that prevents me from installing and running the application.

The error I'm getting is related to `api-ms-win-core-fibers-l2-1-0.dll'. When I try to open the app, I get an error message indicating this problem.

I tried using the stable version of One Core API, but I was unable to install Spotify. I would appreciate any help or suggestions you could provide to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Regards, RaulKong898

Based on that error, I'm assuming you are trying to install the Windows 10 version of Spotify. Does the Windows 7 version work? Have you installed the API Set package?

Pro tip: I recommend that you use 32-bit versions of Windows 10 Chromium applications (or Windows 7 versions) whenever you can due to it expecting the memory management of Windows 8.1 on VirtualAlloc MEM_RESERVE.

Where can I get the Windows 7 version of Spotify

https://www.spotify.com/de-en/download/other/

The installer for Windows 7 will actually say "Windows 10 is required", just spoof and install. It should work afterwards
