Trying to run qBittorrent 4.6.5 on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP2 64-bit, I receive the error "The procedure entry point in SystemParametersInfoForDpi could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll.", and the app does not start. I am on the latest canary 4.0.0 build.
