My windows xp crshing after instal one core api

After downloading one coe api I extract it then I installed all exe files, after that I restart my laptop then when laptop starts it works for 30 seconds then one blue screen come's for 1 second with a error message and laptop crashes My laptop is windows xp emachies D725 1gb Ram, 250GB Had Disk And Intel Pentium T4300 CPU Please give me solution for this problem as soon as possible or I'm not able to use my laptop!
