Use AVIF format images instead of PNG format images #309

I dare to submit this PR because of Supermium AVIF images are smaller than PNG images, which speeds up the entire web page

also I updated README_CN.md

1.zip This zip file is README.RM with all the pictures. The pictures of Telegram Desktop are the same as those of Telegram 4.14, so there are 19 pictures.
