Shell Update on Server 2003 x86 causes CSRSV.DLL failure #24

On Server 2003 x86, after installing the latest shell update (after everything else), I get a c000135 BSOD with "The application could not start because CSRSV.DLL was not found."

Shell Update is decreapted, so, i will close
