Non-English shellbase.dll/userbase.dll causes Unknown Hard Error BSoD #35

English version of those works but trying to use Korean version of shellbase.dll/userbase.dll causes a BSoD. Temporarily I have to replace Dialog, String Table, Menu, [Message Table] with the localized original DLLs with a resource editor.

yes, if I overwrite the resource manually using reshack.
