Currently, the latest Electron executable that runs under WinXP is 5.0.13 ( you can get the executable here: https://github.com/electron/electron/releases?q=electron+v5.0.13&expanded=true ).
If support for more modern Electron versions is added by One-Core-Api, that would enable running many modern apps based on Electron, such as Discord, WhatsApp Desktop, Signal, Postman, Visual Studio Code, and many more.
