[Feature Request] Backporting Component-Based Servicing (CBS) for One-Core-Api #67

Even if Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 are not componentized, backporting Component-Based Servicing (CBS) to run on One-Core-Api could provide a way to backport many Windows components.

In other words, .inf and CBS could run side by side.
