Translation bubble appears under bookmarklet floating windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable rikaikun.
2. Add any of the following bookmarklets to your bookmarks bar: TBUZZ,
Social.com, Bit.ly. (They are used for social bookmarking).

http://bit.ly/pages/tools/sidebar

3. Open a page with a lot of Japanese text.
4. Click the bookmarklet
5. Point at some japanese text next to the floating window generated by the
bookmarklet.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rikaikun bubble should appear above all page content, including floaters.
Instead, the Rikaikun bubble appears below the floating window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rikaikun 0.8
XP SP3
Chrome 4.0.249.89

Please provide any additional information below.

You'll also notice it appears below embedded objects.

The z-index of the Rikaikun pop up should place it on top of other things but 
it still 
has weird interactions.

I'll look into this to see if this specific case is fixable.  Until then, use 
the A or 
Y key to move the pop up around away from the floaters.
