Keyboard shortcut to toggle rikaikun #9

Currently, you have to click a button to turn rikaichan on and off.  Some 
people like keyboard shortcuts, so I think I will make one.

Besides, the original had one, it was even configurable.  The maturity of the 
firefox platform definitely shows.

here's a patch to allow disabling and reenabling rikaikun, with ctrl+end.
it works only for one tab at a time, because no global hotkeys system currently 
exists 
for chromium extensions, so keys shortcuts can only have an action on the 
displayed 
page.

Also, I'm using a notebook and don't even have an 'end' button on my keyboard, 
so... yeah. =O
