This is for 170.302s. It may not be accurate for now but we are trying to get this test passed (and Aaron suggested this solution)
Within the CCD export, we include the date/time that the export was created:
<effectiveTime value="20130403100148"/>
and
<author><time value="20130403100148"/>
Set these values to always show 00's for the time. For example "20130403000000"
