Bots sometimes equip a new weapon but do not always take the ammo. Causes bots to not shoot at enemies

When a bot has no mag for a gun in their rig/backpack they dont think that they can shoot. Need to ensure that ammo is always looted when equipping new weapons

Looted magazines and guns are now registered properly in the WeaponManager allowing bots to swap weapons and reload their looted guns

• On bot spawn, sort the items in the rig so that items prefer to be in slots that are their exact size. (For example: sorting "Screws" will prefer to move the item to a 1x1 grid slot before trying to move to bigger slots. This should help bots manage their inventory a little better and create space to reload most mags.

• Implemented logic to reserve a 2x1 space in the tactical vest for all bots to use as a space for reloaded mags.

• If a bot has thrown an item, they will not pick it back up (does not include when magazines are dropped on the floor from reloading)

• Now add 10 stacks of loose ammo to secure container when looting a new weapon
• When throwing a weapon, bots will throw all the old mags for that weapon.
  • If the thrown weapon share mags with an equipped weapon, bots will keep at least 2 mags to use for the shared weapon
• Bots will loot weapons first if they already have a backpack or rig
• Bots will only loot mags that they can use

Bots seem to be able to constantly reload and refill the magazines of their looted weapons now. Need to do some more stress testing before this issue can be closed

• Update bot's "known items" dictionary with contents of backpack/pockets/rig/secure container after looting completes. Caused issues where bots that swapped rigs no longer had access to the items within the rig.

• Shorten amount of time bot spends with their knife out when looting and swapping weapons
