Bots sometimes get stuck looting with lower `Delay Between Looting` setting

I've got detection set at 2500 and delay at 5s. One thing i was thinking is that the delay might be too fast for the bots to make decisions in the middle of the looting process, then after 5s they start over again

Noticed a small issue where the isLooting state was being cleaned up before the active loot which could potentially trigger another scan causing unexpected behavior
